Electricity has been restored to Utagba-Ogbe in Ndokwa West after 16 years without power supply, bringing relief to residents who had long endured the absence of a vital public service.

Commissioner for Energy, Engr. Michael Anoka, announced the restoration during the Free Medical Outreach organised by the You Matter Charity Foundation, an initiative of Her Excellency, Mrs. Tobore Oborevwori, in Ndokwa West Constituency.

Anoka disclosed that the restoration was completed under the directive of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, bringing an end to the community’s prolonged wait for electricity.

He noted that the return of power would support households, businesses and other economic activities in the community.
