Prophet Isa El-Buba has reportedly reacted strongly to comments attributed to Islamic cleric Sheikh Jingir, who allegedly said the Muslim-Muslim ticket demonstrates that Muslims outnumber Christians in Nigeria and urged Muslims to “show infidels their limit.”

El-Buba, while highlighting his support for Muslims across the country, questioned the rhetoric being used by some religious and political leaders in Northern Nigeria.

“As of today, I have supported over 10,000 Muslims across the country…”

He also criticised what he described as the worsening poverty and insecurity in parts of Northern Nigeria, while challenging leaders to focus on the welfare and safety of ordinary citizens rather than religious division.
